Mr. Purser is a 1977 graduate of Karnes City High School.  He attended Texas A&M University, College Station, Tx graduating with a B. S Animal Science; minor in chemistry, and a M.S. in Animal Science/ Muscle Biology.  Research at Texas A&M centered around food micro biology.  Mr. Purser was employed for 18 years with HEB Grocery companty in Scientific Services prior to teaching and has been teaching over 16 years.  Teaching qualifications and certificates include  4-8 sciences, 8-12 science, physics, and chemistry.  Mr Purser teaches Physics and Aviation Science.

Mr. Purser has a passion for science and enjoys astronomy and aviation.   

Mr. Purser is working with curriculum for aviation programs from 7th grade through 12 grade, which Karnes City ISD currently provides for students.
