Born and raised in the San Antonio area, I have lived in Texas all of my life.  I graduated from Medina Valley High School, attended Southwest Texas Junior College in Uvalde, then attended Texas Tech University.  I graduated from Texas Tech University in 2002 with a Bacholors of Science in Exercise and Sports Science.

     In 1994 I got married and eventually had three beautiful children. Jarrett is 26, Casey is 20 and Ryan is 19.  I also have on precious grandson, Parker.   We have lived and taught  in Lubbock, Stamford, San Saba, and Karnes City as a family.  I have worked for school districts in San Saba and Karnes City.  I am currently the Librarian at KCJH and am loving the position.
