Welcome to Mrs. Perales teacher page!

Dear Fifth-grade families,

Welcome to the 2020-2021 school year! I am excited about the many new experiences this school year will bring to us all. 

This year begins my 10th year with KCISD! I am not originally from Karnes City but have loved being part of the Badger Community.  

During my ten years here, I have taught 2nd grade, 4th grade, and 5th grade. I was the Founder and Director of the RES Dance Team, have lead UIL Number Sense and Robotic Teams and I am currently the Director of the KCHS Highsteppers. 

It is a personal mission to have each student that I teach make progress in math. I truly believe that everyone can learn to love math.
