KCISD Branding & Logo Use Guidelines

KCISD maintains a unified district identity, and all staff must follow our official branding standards. Only logos, marks, and graphics that are posted on the KCISD website as approved district branding may be used in any capacity.

This includes:

  • All campus and district letterheads

  • All athletic uniforms and team apparel

  • All flyers, posters, programs, and digital graphics

  • All social media posts and website content

  • Any printed or embroidered merchandise

  • Any student organization or club materials

Logos that are not part of the approved branding collection on the website—including outdated mascots, phased-out KC logos, or any clipart-style images—may not be used under any circumstances. The only Badger that is allowable for use is the one listed on this webpage.

Maintaining consistent branding protects the integrity of our district identity and ensures KCISD is represented clearly and professionally across all campuses.
