Do you need to place a Technology Workorder?
Please call your campus representative as listed above or send an electronic request to tech@kcisd.net.
If you are housed in the Administration Building or have questions regarding specialized software please feel free to call Jamie or Chelleye. If you have an emergency and cannot reach your campus representative, please call Pam, Becky, Jamie or Chelleye until you are able to speak to a person.
We work on requests on a first-come first-served basis. Please be specific as possible about the problems you are having. Please include the following information: Inventory # of the computer having problems, when does the problem occur, did you try restarting the computer, does the problem occur only while using a particular software, etc.
If requesting hardware or software quotes, please include the 20-digit fund code. We will include this on the PO.
All software installation requests, must include the original CD and proof of license(s). We will assist in obtaining proof of licensing.
