2008-2009

                         PreK

2 box Crayola 8 pk. Crayons

2 glue sticks – any size

1 plastic or cardboard school box (8x5)

1 Kinder mat, small pillow, blanket

2 boxes facial tissues

1 box gallon or quart-sized Ziploc bags

1 box Dixie bathroom cups (5 oz. Please no 3 oz.)

1 pkg. paper napkins-Girls   1 pkg. paper plates- Boys

1 container of Lysol or Clorox disinfecting wipes (generic brand o.k.)

1 pair of inexpensive headphones (for computer lab)

1 backpack (no wheels)

1 extra set of clothes (socks, underwear, shirt, and pants)

Please label everything with your child’s name – even individual crayons.

 

                                                    Kindergarten

2 pk. of 8 regular size crayons (No jumbos -Crayola brand preferred)

1 pk. of 16 or 24 crayons (Crayola brand preferred)

1 soft pink eraser

1 school supply box (8x5 plastic)  no zippered ones

1 pair scissors (metal blade with plastic handle – Fiskars brand preferred)

2 8 oz. bottles of Elmer’s white school glue

1 sleeping mat (1 inch thick)

6 pocket folders with brads (1 of each color: red, yellow, blue, green, purple, black)

2 large boxes of Kleenex tissues

1 pair of inexpensive headphones (for computer lab)

1 simple style backpack (no wheels)

1 box freezer ziploc bags  Boys-Quart size  Girls-Gallon size

Please label everything with your child’s name – even individual crayons.

 

First Grade

1 box of 8 Crayola crayons

2 boxes of 24 Crayola crayons (regular size)

1 box of Crayola Classic broad tip washable markers

2 soft pink erasers

1 manuscript writing tablet (1/2 inch or 5/8 inch rule)

          1 school supply box (8x5 plastic – no room for large boxes)

1 pair Fiskars brand scissors

2  4 oz. bottles of Elmer’s school glue

8 pocket folders with brads (2 red, 2 blue, 2 green, 1 yellow, 1 orange)

2 large boxes tissues

1 box freezer Ziploc bags (last name starts with A-F, bring 1 box Quart size)

                                             (last name starts with G-L, bring 1 box Snack size)

Last name starts with  M-R, bring 1 bottle hand sanitizer

Last name starts with S-Z, bring 1 container of Baby Wet Wipes

1 pair inexpensive headphones for computer lab (may use ones from last year)

1 backpack (no wheels)

1 dry erase marker ( any color)

Please label everything with your child’s name – even individual crayons and markers

 

                          2nd Grade

1 box of 24 crayons (There is no room in desks for larger boxes)

1 pk. of 12  wooden #2 pencils (no mechanical pencils)

2 red pen

2 soft pink erasers

2 spiral notebooks (wide-ruled only – not college-ruled)

2 pk. of notebook paper (wide-ruled only – not college-ruled)

1 school supply box (8x5 – no room for larger boxes)

2 4 oz. bottles of Elmer’s white school glue

2 glue sticks (any size)

6 pockets folders with brads (red, blue, green, yellow, purple, orange)

2 large boxes of Kleenex tissues

1 pair inexpensive headphones for computer lab (may use ones from last year)

1 pair of student scissors

Optional – backpack (no wheels)

1 roll of scotch tape

1 small plastic pencil sharpener (not battery operated)

2 spiral notebooks (70 page, wide-ruled only – not college-ruled)

2 pk. of white notebook paper (wide-ruled only – not college-ruled)

1 pair of scissors

2 8 oz. bottles of Elmer’s white school glue

7 plastic pocket folders with brads (2 red, 2 blue, 2 yellow, 1 green)

2 boxes of Kleenex tissues

1 pair of inexpensive headphones for computer lab (may use ones from last year)

1 backpack (no wheels)

No 3-ring binders or ballpoint pens, please.

4th Grade

1 pk. colored map pencils

1 pk. markers                                      

4 pk. wooden #2 pencils

1 pk. red pens

4 pk. notebook paper (wide-ruled only – not college-ruled)

1 pair scissors

1 small bottle of Elmer’s glue

1 large glue stick

1 zipper pouch for supplies (no boxes please)

1 pkg. Clear sheet protectors (50 count)

3 pk. pocket dividers

5 1-inch binders - soft cover (green, blue, red, yellow or different color if possible)

3 large boxes Kleenex tissues

1 box Ziploc bags (girls – gallon, boys – quart)

1 pair inexpensive headphones for computer lab (may use ones from last year)

No Trapper Keepers or Large Supply boxes are needed.

5th Grade

2 pk. of map pencils

2 highlighters (2 colors)

1 pk. red pens

2 pk. pencil cap erasers

1 ream copy paper (500 count)

3 pk. of white notebook paper (wide-ruled only – not college-ruled)

4 composition notebooks  (wide-ruled only – not college-ruled)

2 pk. Elmer’s glue sticks

1 pair scissors

5 extra large stretchable fabric book covers

7 pocket folders with brads (red, yellow, blue, green, orange, 2 purple)

2 large boxes of Kleenex tissues

1 pair inexpensive headphones for computer lab (may use ones from last year)

Absolutely no gel pens or mechanical pencils are allowed.
