If you are experiencing problems , please check below for troubleshooting tips. Increased security on home computers have made these extra steps necessary to successfully use KCISD Web Access and maintain security on your personal computer. The following instructions will resolve the inability to send/reply successfully and red Xs in the message area. In some cases you will need to follow both set of instructions.

When trying to create a new message, you receive a red X in place of the message box.
Please close the new mail window.Return to your inbox
at bottom left click "Options"
Scroll
down until "E-mail Security" options are visible.
Click the "Download" button.

Click "Run".
Your antivirus and/or Internet security programs may ask you to confirm.
You
may also be asked to run "ActiveX Control".
Click the alert bar near the top of the webpage and choose "Run ActiveX Control".

Click "Run".
Your antivirus and/or Internet security programs may ask you to confirm.
Make
sure to uncheck "Require server verification..."
